“Let’s play Candy Land!”
“I’ll get Chutes and Ladders!”
“I’ll beat you in Connect Four!”
“I’m going to win at Memory again!”
It’s every day. Every single day there’s a rotation of games pulled off the shelf and spread across the floor. There are battles and rounds and endless rematches.
But there’s also playing. Togetherness. Laughter and smiles and compliments and kindness.
And yes, it might be exhausting. But it makes my heart so happy to see them all playing. Together.
